Jesus’ call to action could not be more clear. The call at this moment could not be more clear.

Saturday morning, November 1, was the busiest our seven Kairos volunteers have ever experienced Kinship Community Food Center.  

We find ourselves in a moment when our neighbors will be without the most basic need: food.  As of November 1, nearly 700,000 Wisconsinites lost access to SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program). With the ongoing shutdown of the federal government, thousands of families will need access to food as well. We find ourselves in a moment of crisis.  One of our coure practices is Just Action.
